How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipping status of your order.
How do I return an item?
To start a return online, email Riverview@MainstreamBoutique.com with your order number. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Riverview. All orders cannot be returned to other locations.
Can I return an item for a refund?
As a small business, we have found our niche in curating small collections, with low quantities, and always providing staple and on trend pieces. In order for us to continue to roll out new collections, our return policy is for EXCHANGE OR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 14 days of purchase can be returned for an exchange or in-store credit that can be used online or in store. We know you'll find an item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals!

Mainstream Boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated! Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores!
How do I apply in store credit to an online purchase?
At this time, store credit cannot be applied online. Please come visit us in-store to redeem.
